Our Tip Caps / Instrument Guards are designed to extend the life of your valuable instruments, probes and scopes from chipping and damage during sterilization, storage and handling; helping to eliminate reprocessing costs caused by torn pouches or wraps and to protect staff from sharp stick injuries during handling. This greatly reduces the cost of repair and sharpening; extending the life of expensive or delicate instruments.

They’re available in a large range of sizes for every type of instrumentation. Made from plastisol they are gas and steam permeable and can be used in flash or conventional autoclave processes. Latex-free and single-use.
 
Tip Protectors / Instrument Guards are available in a wide range of colours and venting options. Choose from:
·         Clear, tinted, and solid colours
·         Vented and non-vented – To aid with removal and allow moisture to pass through the guard during and after sterilisation.

Whether you require brightly coloured caps for easy identification or clear caps for easy inspection, our selection is designed with your particular needs in mind. Caps are available with or without air vents for easy removal, depending on your preference. All caps are radiopaque, disposable, latex-free and fully steam and gas permeable.
